After going on very early in the day at our 4th Birthday Party, Gary Allan returned in 2003 as the headliner to help us celebrate birthday number 9! Among the others performing was Joe Nichols who led the crowd in a huge singalong of “Brokenheartsville”. (Joe would also make a return trip to the B100 Birthday Party ten years later.)
